James W. Harris, Jr.  is the Rector of St. James Episcopal Church in Ormond Beach.  He holds a BA in English form Souther Illinois University, a MDiv from Aquinas Institute of Theology, a Certificate of Anglican Studies from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Congregational Development from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary.
