Many of these documents are in a format called PDF (Portable Document
Format) and need to be viewed with a program called Acrobat Viewer.
This will allow you to view the documents exactly as they were meant
to be seen, and insures that they will print correctly. Many newer
browsers come with a copy of Acrobat Viewer, but if you do not have
a copy, you can download a free one here
When you click on a document link, the PDF file will begin to download
to your hard drive. When the download is done, it will
automatically open, or you may open it with Acrobat. Then read or print it. You may want to
save the file to a folder
on your hard drive so that if need to reference it again, you will
not need to download it a second time.
Most forms found on our web site may be downloaded and filled out
(or they may be filled out on line) but must be printed on
your own printer to preserve the information supplied. These
completed forms may be mailed to the Diocesan Office (1017 East
