wild-game-dinner-imageThis holiday, give your staff and leadership teams a dinner to remember

How about treating your church leadership to something different—something a bit out of the norm, but fun, memorable, and classy for your end-of-the-year holiday gathering?

Come and experience a night to remember at Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center’s Fourth Annual Holiday Wild Game Dinner. The event will be held Saturday, December 17, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This will be an elegant catered event with live-music entertainment and great food that is slightly different from the typical turkey and ham you’ve come to expect at holiday functions.

You and your team will feast on succulent entrées such as venison, wild boar, elk, and game hens as well as a variety of tasty side dishes. And you won’t want to miss out on our to-die-for homemade desserts!

This will be an ideal event for church team celebrations from just a few to up to 30 people. Most churches have a small staff, so on holiday occasions they wind up meeting in a restaurant (too noisy, impersonal, and crowded) or in someone’s home (too much work to clean up and not particularly fancy or special).

In addition to great food, you will be blessed by live musical entertainment provided by Nashville recording artist David Teems. From classic folk-rock (James Taylor, Kenny Loggins, Fleetwood Mac) to traditional holiday music, David’s knack for story-telling and incredible guitar virtuosity makes him a highly sought-after entertainer. Listen to a sample of David’s music here (www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryceTNRNMr0).

You can sponsor a table of eight for just $200, and a table for 10 is $250. Where else can you offer your church staff, vestry, and key volunteers such a classy, unique event with great ambiance, homemade food, and live entertainment, all for just $25 a person? Individual tickets are $30 each.

This event is a fantastic way to say how much you appreciate your staff’s hard work and dedication. The comfortable homelike atmosphere of the Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center allows you to create a distinctive and memorable event for your team.

Reserve your team tables now! Send us your church logo, and we will make custom table headers for each table you reserve.
