All Saints Academy Visits Camp Wingmann for a Different ReasonMarch 23, 2017 • Mary Ann Luciano  • CHILDREN & YOUTH • DIOCESAN FAMILY • STEWARDSHIP

The sixth-grade students from All Saints Academy recently participated in a day of service, learning, and leadership at Camp Wingmann. Student teams completed service projects that included cleaning up camp grounds, repairs, and beautification by weeding out the gardens at the lodge and trimming the bushes around Serenity House and All Angels’ Chapel. Father Deke (The Rev. Deke Miller, camp director) and teacher chaperones facilitated the projects.

After a great Jeffersonian lunch at the lodge, the students enjoyed the low ropes course and several team-building, goal-oriented gym activities.

All Saints Academy is an independent Episcopal college preparatory school affiliated with the Diocese of Central Florida.
